Building Permits

 Building Permits

Building Permits are required for most types of construction within the City.  Before commencing with any work, check with the Building Department to see if a permit is required.

Plumbing, Gas, Hvac Application
 

New Residential

Click on link below will show all the requirements for Residential Construction.

Appropriate applications need to be filled out properly and completely including Name and address of owner.
If it is new property; we also need the Lot & Block Number, the Name(s) of conractor (s) for building, plumbing and electrial work.  Plumbing and electric outlets. Size of water meter, if other than 3/4 inch.
