 Building Permits

Building Permits are required for most types of construction within the City. Before commencing with any work, check with the Building Department to see if a permit is required.

Appropriate application, filled out properly and completely. Name and address of owner. If new property; lot, block and subdivision. Name(s) of contractor(s) for building, plumbing and electrical work. Plumbing and electric outlets. Size of water meter, if other than 3/4 inch.
